Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the nature of research materials:

  • We do not accept returns once an order has shipped
  • Products cannot be resold after leaving our facility
  • Refunds are issued only if:
○ The product is not delivered
○ The order was damaged in transit
○ There was an error on our part

Any issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos).
